| Nassau County is currently seeking proposals on how to allocate the 50 million dollars that voters approved in November 2004. Nassau County EBA Home Page Projects can be submitted in one or all of the following areas: Open space and parkland acquisition criteria, Parkland improvement criteria, Storm water quality improvement criteria, Brownfield remediation criteria Anyone can nominate a property or project for funding, including private citizens, land preservation, environmental and civic organizations, and public officials. To nominate a property or project for funding, print out and complete the Nomination Form(PDF File) and send it to: Nassau County Environmental Bond Act Program Nominations must be postmarked by April 15, 2005. Only mailed forms will be accepted. Electronically transmitted forms and faxes will not be accepted. Public Hearings Tuesday, March 15th, 7.30pm Wednesday, March 16th, 7.30pm
